  1. Acceptance of TermsBy accessing or using Edrak Finance (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
  2. Service descriptionEdrak Finance is an online platform that lets you:
    1. Monitor market data (e.g., prices, volumes, news) relating to the Saudi Exchange (Tadāwul) and other GCC markets;
    2. Explore dashboards and educational content designed to help you understand financial concepts;
    3. Ask questions to an AI-powered chatbot that generates natural-language answers based on public data and large-language-model reasoning.We may improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
  3. Eligibility & AccountsYou must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and capable of forming a binding contract. Creating an account may be optional today, but if you do, you must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
  4. No financial advice; Educational-use onlyThe Service and chatbot responses are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute:
    • Investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice;
    • An offer, solicitation, recommendation, or endorsement to buy or sell any security or financial product;
    • A guarantee of the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of market data.
    Always consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.You bear sole risk for any action you take based on the Service.
  5. AI & Data limitations
    1. Generative outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or biased.
    2. Data sourcesinclude third-party market-data vendors; delays or errors can occur.
    3. Do not rely on a single chatbot response; verify with primary sources.
  6. Acceptable useYou agree not to:
    • Violate any applicable law or regulation (including CMA and Tadāwul rules);
    • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract Service data without written permission;
    • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code;
    • Upload malicious code, interfere with networks, or impair others’ use of the Service;
    • Misrepresent your identity or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
  7. Intellectual propertyThe Service, including software, text, graphics, logos, and data compilations, is owned by Edrak AI Ltd. or its licensors and protected by Saudi and international IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.
  8. FeedbackIf you submit comments or suggestions, you grant Edrak AI Ltd. a perpetual, royalty-free right to use them for any purpose without compensation.
  9. PrivacyOur collection and use of personal data are described in the Edrak Finance Privacy Policy.
  10. Third-Party links & ContentThe Service may link to third-party websites or display third-party content. We do not endorse or control such sites/content and accept no responsibility for them.
  11. DisclaimersTHE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” Edrak AI Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
  12. Limitation of liabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Edrak AI Ltd. and its affiliates, directors, employees, or suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed 100 SAR (or the lowest amount permitted by law).
  13. IndemnificationYou agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Edrak AI Ltd. from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
  14. Modifications to TermsWe may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Service or communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitute acceptance.
  15. Governing law & Dispute resolutionThese Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, KSA.
  16. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, sections 4, 6-13, 15, and 17 survive.
  17. Severability & Entire agreementIf any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary; the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms and the incorporated Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Edrak AI Ltd. regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
